Customers will be notified when their orders are ready for pick-up. This includes all custom merchandise and care packages for commuter students. Items for pick-up will be available in the FBLA office located in the ZM lobby. Items must be picked up during business hours.

FBLA provides delivery for care packages to EU student residents only. Care packages will be delivered to the dorm room of the EU recipient. Packages will be placed outside of the door in the afternoon of the delivery date. ​ No deliveries will be made for any reason outside of the Evangel University Campus in Springfield, MO. Commuter students will pick-up their care packages in the FBLA office (located in the ZM lobby) during business hours.

Deliveries occur Monday-Friday on days that class are in session, and will be schedule based on the delivery date requested during the order process. If a student's birthday falls on the weekend, the package will be delivered on the Friday before.

Every effort will be made to deliver packages by 6:00pm.

Please note: FBLA does not deliver on holidays or snow days when Evangel classes are closed.

This site accepts debit and credit cards.

There is also a cash payment option during the check-out process. Invoices must be paid in full before the order is picked-up or delivered.

Our target customer is primarily on EU campus students, faculty, and staff. Thus, we do not offer shipping at this time.

Orders are customized so all sales are final. Please make sure to proofread before finalizing your order.

Any errors in the printing process or care package items that are the fault of EU Valor Biz will be corrected at no cost to the customer.

Valor Custom and Valor Cares are fundraising efforts for FBLA. All funds raised are funneled back into the club to support and enhance student learning. Funds are applied toward business tours and trips, conferences, competitions, and other skills development activities. Thank you for your support!
